Privacy Policy
We collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone, company, and whatever you write in an inquiry form, plus your account details if you create an account. We use it to reply to you, run your account, and follow up on business inquiries. It lives with the service providers that run our site and tools. We never sell your data. If you're in California, you can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted — just email us.
§ 01What we collect
We only collect information you actively give us. That means:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and company name, when you fill out an inquiry form (reservations, catering, product interest, partnerships, or careers).
- What you write — the content of your inquiry or message.
- Account information — if you create a customer account: your email, name, and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers.
§ 02How we use it
- To reply to you — answering the inquiry you sent us is the main reason we have your information.
- To run your account — signing you in, remembering your details so forms pre-fill, and showing you your own inquiry history.
- Internal sales follow-up — our team may follow up on business inquiries (catering, partnerships, product interest) you started.
That's the list. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to why you gave it to us.
§ 03Where your information lives
We use a small set of established service providers to run this site and manage inquiries:
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We keep your information for as long as necessary to serve the purposes above, and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.
§ 04We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. The only parties who touch your data are the service providers above, and only so our site and team can function.
§ 05Your California privacy rights (CCPA)
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:
- Know and access — ask us what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct — ask us to fix information that's inaccurate.
- Delete — ask us to delete your personal information, including closing and erasing your account.
- No discrimination — exercising these rights never changes how we treat you.
To exercise any of these, email business@yummy-future.com. We'll verify it's really you (usually by confirming the email on file) and respond within the timeframe the law requires. Once accounts are live, you'll also be able to delete your account directly from your account page.
§ 06Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we'll notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
