§ 01What this service is

yummy-future.com is the website of Yummy Future Inc., a robotics company for the food & beverage industry with stores in California and Illinois. Through this site you can read about our products and stores, submit inquiries (reservations, catering, product interest, partnerships, careers), and — when customer accounts launch — create an account that remembers your details and shows your inquiry history.

Ordering drinks, payments, and in-store purchases are not handled through this website. Anything you buy at one of our stores is governed by the terms at the point of sale, not these terms.

§ 02Your account

• Accurate information — register with information that's true and yours. One person per account.
• Keep it secure — you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at business@yummy-future.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Age — you must be at least 13 to create an account (and old enough to form a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian's permission).
• Closing it — you can delete your account whenever you want. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

§ 03Acceptable use

Use the site like a person, not an attack. Specifically, don't:

• Impersonate someone else, or submit inquiries under a false identity.
• Send spam, scrape the site, or flood our forms with automated submissions.
• Try to break, probe, or bypass the site's security, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Upload anything unlawful, malicious, or infringing through our forms.

§ 04Our content

The text, images, video, logos, and design on this site belong to Yummy Future Inc. or our licensors. You're welcome to browse, link to, and share it — but don't republish or use it commercially without asking us first.

§ 05Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Store hours, menus, and product details can change; the site may occasionally be down or contain errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yummy Future Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

§ 06Termination

You can stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service — where practical, we'll tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive (like § 05) survive termination.

§ 07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

§ 08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change meaningfully affects your rights or how your account works, we'll notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
